The Fault in Our Stars is
about two cancer rejects, the two of them are called Hazel Grace Lancaster and
Augustus Waters.
Hazel’s mother has always
tried to get hazel out of the house rather than just reading her favourite book
“An Imperial Affliction”, but one day when she goes to her weekly support group
meeting she’s meets him, Augustus that is. Throughout the book Hazel and him
talk about life, books and there experiences with cancer. However one of them
falls gravely ill just before they make the trip of a lifetime to Amsterdam to meet Peter
Van Houton the author of “An Imperial Affliction”. But which one is it and will
they survive.
I like this book because it
just so well written and plotted out, the author knows how to keep you hooked
and how much tension he needs to build.
I would recommend this book
to anyone who wants a good long read, it will keep you hooked all the way
through.
